What amenities can I book in advance?
You may advance book our rooms, private pools and selected cottages.

Can I purchase entrance tickets online?
Entrance tickets may only be purchased online when booking a cottage or rooms. Otherwise, entrance tickets may only be purchased via walk-in.
What cottages can I book in advance?
These cottages can be booked in advance: Gazebo, Pinoy Hut, Pergola, Vigan House, Slides Building and Roof Deck. Cottages not listed above are for walk-ins only.

What are the requirements for advance bookings?
To confirm your reservation we require full payment for rooms and/or cottages, and 50% down payment for our private pools. These can be done via online banking.

Cancellation & Rebooking Policies?
In case of cancellation your deposit will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as follows and bank transaction fee. All refunds will be made within two (2) weeks after we receive your cancellation notice. Information about cancellation should be made thru call.

REBOOKING
Rebooking of confirmed reservations is valid up to 90 days after original arrival date without additional cost.
Are walk-ins allowed?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Can I walk-in for cottages and pools that can be reserved?
Yes, as long as the cottage and/or private pool is free you may avail of it upon arrival.
Can I walk-in for room accommodation?
Yes, our rooms are subject to availability on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Do you have overnight?
Yes, we have overnight use for our room accommodations and private pools.
Do you have night swimming?
Yes, we have night swimming on Fridays and Saturdays until 10PM.
Do you have Grilling Stations?
Yes, we have grilling stations strategically located around our resort for your convenience. It is free of charge, please bring your own charcoal (uling) to use our grilling stations as it is not always available for sale.
Do you have Grilling Stations specifically for Muslims?
Yes, we do have specific grilling stations for our Muslim community.

Is outside food allowed?
Yes, outside food and drinks are allowed without a corkage fee.

Do you have any food stations in your resort?
We have a restaurant and 7-11 convenience store inside resort premises. We also have easy access to our neighborhood shopping center located right beside us, EB Town Center.

Do you have an air pump station for floaters?
Yes, we do and it's free of charge.
Are pets allowed?
For safety, sanitation and hygienic purposes, pets are not allowed. We advice you to leave them at home or with a pet-sitter/ pet hotel.
Are alcoholic drinks allowed?
For the safety of our customers and staff, alcoholic drinks are strictly not allowed.
Are speakers, karaoke or videoke allowed?
To maintain the ambiance of the resort and for the consideration of other guests and customers, speakers, karaoke and/or videoke are not allowed unless a private pool is availed.
Can we bring a stove, super kalan, grill and/or rice cooker?
For safety purposes, these are not allowed. Customers may use our free grilling stations to cook or heat up food. You may also bring in take-out from restaurants nearby or have food delivered. However, for private pool users, electric grill and/or rice cooker is allowed.

Is electric fan/other appliances allowed?
Since we are surrounded by water, to avoid unfortunate accidents bringing of fans and other appliances is not allowed. Small battery operated hand fans are welcome inside.

What kind of containers are allowed?
Glass bottles and/or containers of any kind are prohibited for safety purposes. Coolers are allowed as long as they fit inside the cottage as to not obstruct the way of other customers.

How about firearms or sharp objects?
Firearms, knives and the like are strictly not allowed for safety purposes.

Can we play with our volleyball/basketball in the resort/pool?
To avoid accidents and incidents, we do not allow balls with hard materials such as basketballs, volleyballs or the like. Beach balls that are a soft plastic are allowed.
